• AV Checks including regular wellness checks for TV, Sound, Shades, Lighting (Extensive experience with Crestron & Savant Systems)
• HVAC Temperature checks
• Schedule HVAC maintenance, change filters unless included in HOA
• Ensure building is scheduled for included maintenance services
• Appliance checks e.g., wine fridges, refrigerator water filters
• Schedule/Set-up maintenance for stone care, upholstery cleanings, sliding doors, electrician’s, painting, art care/install, plant maintenance
• Schedule window cleanings
• Manage small projects
• Set up/break-down balcony furniture. Secure for inclement weather. (Furniture exceeding 100lbs will require assistance of building or professional movers)
• Provision daily essentials prior to arrival
• Stock general household supplies
• Arrange house florals with talented and reputable florist
• Schedule Plant Maintenance
• Cars fueled and washes scheduled. Cars dropped-picked-up when service is needed
• Receive packages, quality checks, returns and mail retrieval.
• Serve as building contact on owner’s behalf
• Procure vetted vendors/sub-contractors for various services

This is the perfect service if you would like to have comfort knowing your property is routinely checked on. There can be small issues that arise and if not caught in time can turn into unnecessary situations.

Move-In
This is such a special service and one we love doing. If you’ve just wrapped up a renovation or ready to move-in your new property, we pick up where the designers leave off. This is that final touch that turns your house into a home.

• Outfit kitchen with small appliances, kitchen utensils, organizational items
• Outfit dinnerware, barware, flatware, drinkware, linens, (all items cleaned)
• Outfit bathroom accessories
• Receive packages, quality check, inventory items, returns/exchanges
• Set-up kitchen methodically and thoughtfully
• Set-up laundry including cleaning supplies
• Stock kitchen with preferred pantry items
• Outfit home essentials, including daily toiletries
• Initial provision upon arrival
• Unpack, hang, fold clothing
• Coordinate with movers
• Wash bedding bath linens, make beds
• Assist out of state designers with furniture move-in
• Arrange final clean

Project Management
We understand that not every project has sufficient oversight. We serve as the intermediary between owners and developers, multiple sub-contractors, and vendors. We will serve as the point person and get everyone on the desired timeline to hand over the desired final project.
